Nurse Care Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Wollongong Hospital.
About the Role:- Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our patients.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, promoting open communication and trust.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in intensive care nursing, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practice.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant qualifications in nursing or a related field.
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- A competitive hourly rate ($36.39 - $51.09 per hour + 12% super & salary packaging).
