Join Our Team as a Hotel Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team at Sir Stamford at Circular Quay Hotel, a luxurious hotel surrounded by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Harbour, and the city skyline.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all outlets are set prior to meal service, including table setup and clearance.
  • Greet and serve guests with a smile, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Understand the menu, offer suggestions, and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Follow correct pack-down procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Liaise with guests to address their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Restock fridges to par levels, store, and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines.

About You

  • You will be passionate about hospitality, food, and wine, with a bright and energetic attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential, along with outstanding communication skills.
  • Impeccable presentation is a must, and you will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet will serve you well in this role.
  • CURRENT NSW Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant in a hotel environment is highly desirable.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
