About The Role:

The Next Step is seeking an innovative HR Manager to lead their tight-knit HR team in enhancing their HR function and processes. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with management to develop, improve, and deliver various HR activities, including recruitment, training, compliance, and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess staffing needs and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Develop and implement training programs for emerging leaders and support managers in fostering employee growth and performance management
  • Plan events and initiatives to drive a positive company culture
  • Oversee the HR team to ensure adherence to local labor regulations and implement policies for a supportive work environment
  • Address employee relations issues in partnership with leadership and coordinate with legal partners for relocation and visa processes

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Established experience in a similar position for small, nimble organisations where you happy to be hands-on in all HR areas
  • Knowledge and experience implementing a HRIS
  • Experience working with creative types and ensuring they are engaged and supported

$125,000 + super per annum, a hybrid working arrangement, and the opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
