
Corporate Secretary

The role entails providing administrative support to the Legal and Finance departments.
Key responsibilities include managing corporate secretarial records, tracking and filing legal documents, maintaining a document register and schedule of contract dates, handling executive submissions, and performing other general administrative tasks as required.
Additionally, you will be responsible for registering and maintaining land and asset registers from legal contracts, managing investor and stakeholder correspondence, and utilizing document management systems.
Requirements- Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a related professional services background is essential.
- Previous experience in construction or property is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with funding or investment banking industries is advantageous.
Required skills include excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
