About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretarial Officer to join our Melbourne Business Advisory Division. In this role, you will oversee corporate secretarial compliance matters, including ASIC-related responsibilities, and provide support to both clients and internal staff as the ASIC Registered Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Process ASIC Annual Company Statements and statutory forms
Prepare documentation for company and trust establishment, and company changes
Lodge ASIC forms electronically and manually
Conduct company and title searches
Liaise professionally with ASIC and stakeholders
Maintain client databases
Provide PA and administrative support as required
About you:
You're a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong understanding of corporate compliance and a proactive mindset, you take pride in delivering accurate and timely work. You enjoy collaborating with others and are confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience & attributes:
Minimum 12 months' experience in corporate secretarial compliance
Proficiency in BGL CAS360 software
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Education requirements:
Certificate in Business Administration
