We are looking for a championCorporate Secretarial Compliance Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
The Corporate Secretarial Superstar is primarily responsible for providing a broad range of services to support the Corporate Services Team within their team and Accountants as well as providing a high-quality service to clients.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- All areas of customer service and administration
- Maintain and manage corporate registers and company records using CAS 360 (training provided)
- Prepare and lodge relevant ASIC forms to ensure compliance with the Corporations Act 2001
- Incorporate new Companies, Trusts & Self-Managed Superannuation Funds
- Business Name Registrations & Renewals
- Process share transactions, changes to company details and officer appointments/resignations
- Prepare minutes, resolutions and other governance documentation for client companies & trusts
- Deed of Amendments/Upgrades as required
- Monitor ASIC annual statements
- ASIC reminders to ensure timely lodgment and fee payments
- Handle ASIC correspondence and liaise with ASIC on behalf of clients
- Support accountants and corporate services team with secretarial matters
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and setting up entities in CAS 360, AE/MYOB, ATO Portal/ABR
- Ethical Letters for clients coming & going
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping, updating AE/MYOB, ATO portal & the ABR as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes regarding company compliance
- General office support including answering phone, greeting clients, looking after mail etc.
Skills and Experience
· Minimum 1 years' experience in Public Practice (preferred but not essential) or Professional Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
