
Senior Corporate Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Affairs Senior Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and contribute to the preparation and lodgement of company secretarial documentation.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Corporate Secretarial role, ideally within a professional services firm, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be proficient in BGL CAS 360 and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assistance with document management, including the maintenance of new and existing procedures to ensure efficiency and data integrity.
- Review of procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms and supporting documentation, including Annual Company Statements and Solvency Declarations.
- Preparation of Members' and Unitholders' registers and board minutes.
- Incorporation of companies and establishments or vesting of trusts.
- Qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Corporate Secretarial role.
- Experience in BGL CAS 360.
