Job Description

The Flu Vaccination Program Manager plays a crucial role in senior administration support, overseeing the team to deliver exceptional customer service to clients and participants.

This position requires effective time management, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to work within established timelines. The successful candidate will manage client allocation across program coordinators, supervise the admin team, and ensure quality auditing standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client allocation across program coordinators
  • Supervise admin team, including rostering and communication with stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs for customer service phone line, inbox queries, and response times
  • Provide coaching and support for continuous improvement
  • General office or business assistance as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of project management processes
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
