We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Sheraton Grand Sydney.

As a key member of our morning brigade, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20+ associates and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in our busy buffet restaurant.

With a strong focus on fine dining, you will lead a team to provide outstanding service paired with award-winning food in our hatted Sydney Common restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the restaurant service period, exceeding guest expectations and delivering service excellence
  • Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as required
  • Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
  • Plan and execute team-building activities for your team
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks

About You:

  • A valid NSW RSA
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role
  • Working rights in Australia
