About the Role:- Leads people, operations, and customer experience in various village settings.
- Builds strong relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members.
- E nsures compliance with legislation and policies.
- Partners with Area Managers and the Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals.
- Takes on projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.
- Manages budgets and monitors operational performance.
- Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes.
- Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects.
