Village Operations Manager

As a Relief Village Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day operations across multiple locations in Sydney Metro and Regional areas. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, happy residents, and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage village settings and lead operational teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Partner with Area Managers and the Operations Leadership Team to drive regional and organisational goals.
- Drive projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.
- Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with legislation and compliance processes.
- Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects.
