Job Title: Content Scheduling Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to execute day-to-day content scheduling for a leading media platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business rules. They will also support the development of a robust content strategy to maximize our content slate and ensure that content priorities are reflected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary scheduler on our content platform using a specialized tool
  • Develop expertise in the scheduling tool and train new users as required
  • Maintain the flow of coming soon pages and schedule content once available
  • Review weekly/monthly reports of scheduled content to ensure accuracy and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy Manager to optimize the content slate across our portfolio of content pipelines
  • Support cross-functional communication, including briefing content highlights and organizing internal screenings of key content
