About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Content Delivery Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver all presentation and workshop content for conferences.
  • Liaise with internal speakers to gather materials, ensuring alignment with event branding and tone.
  • Oversee a team of designers to deliver accurate slides, videos, demos, and other visual assets.
  • Coordinate the creation of printed and digital workshop materials.
  • Research, source, and manage external guest speakers.
  • Manage accounts payable for content-related suppliers.
  • Arrange rehearsals, providing technical requirements and coordinating with the Technical Director.
  • Ensure presentations are prepared, tested, and compatible with event AV systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all content during the live event.
  • Manage last-minute content changes and reconcile supplier invoices.
  • Collect and archive final versions of presentations and workshop materials.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as a Content Producer or Conference Producer within an events agency.
  • Experience managing and delivering on-screen and printed content for conferences.
  • Strong content production skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and multiple speaker deliverables simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with show systems and integrating multimedia into event production.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
