We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to manage our end-to-end website content using a cutting-edge Content Management System (CMS). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging online experiences and ensuring seamless brand representation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire content production process, from brief creation to content build, while adhering to strict guidelines across creative, brand, and accessibility standards. They will also be responsible for building and scheduling content across multiple sites, ensuring timely removal of expired content, and acting as a primary user of the CMS.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve content errors and incidents in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating the post-verification process to ensure any content amendments are actioned efficiently.
We are looking for a talented individual who is proficient in CMS and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketing, or Digital Content, preferably in the retail sector
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Proven technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms
- Basic coding skills desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to confidently manage spreadsheets and support day-to-day operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
