Content Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within our content team. As the Content Manager, you will oversee the online content production process, ensuring that all updates are accurate, timely and aligned with brand and accessibility standards.

The Opportunity
  • Manage end-to-end website content using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure online content adheres to guidelines across creative, brand & accessibility at each stage of the production process.

You will build and schedule content across the company sites in accordance with set go-live dates and ensuring timely removal of expired content. Additionally, you will act as a primary user of our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring its features are effectively utilised.

About You
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content.
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Proven technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms.

As a natural collaborator, you will have the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders. You will also be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility in hours worked, with minimal weekend work required. If you possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital content, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the online content production process.
  2. Ensure online content adheres to guidelines.
  3. Build and schedule content across company sites.
  4. Act as a primary user of the CMS.
  5. Coordinate the post verification process.
  6. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
