The Regional Village Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of village facilities, ensuring that residents receive exceptional service and support. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
About the Role:- Support the Regional Manager in coordinating village operations, including finance meetings, budget reviews, and AGMs.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to residents, embodying Bethanie's values of compassion and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Settlement Coordinator to prepare settlement documentation as required.
- Analyze customer feedback data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate village events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and resident satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and standards governing retirement villages.
- A minimum of two to five years' experience in a similar role or in village administration, accompanied by relevant vocational training.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with residents, staff, and external parties.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
