  • Results-driven and motivated by sales performance
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain one
About the Role

As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Leading a team of retail professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment
  • Managing inventory, payroll, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient store operations
  • Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
