Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, growth, and campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing strategy and team management, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or B2C marketing.

  • Develop and execute high-ROI marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, growth, and retention.
  • Oversee user development funnels for existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Leverage data and reports to derive actionable insights and recommend key initiatives for optimization.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing detailed performance reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute high-ROI marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, growth, and retention across channels like CRM, social media, partnerships, digital marketing, content, and influencers.

User Development Funnels: Oversee user development funnels for existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistent growth.

Data Analysis: Leverage data and reports to derive actionable insights and recommend key initiatives for optimization.

Campaign Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing detailed performance reports to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing strategy and team management, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or B2C marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • A structured thinker who excels at breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Expertise in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, decision-making, and product development priorities.
  • Skilled in budget management, commercial decision-making, and performance reporting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
  • A knack for innovative thinking, both in campaign development and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
