Job DescriptionWe're seeking a driven and experienced Head of Mobility - Australia to join our team and lead our efforts in the Australian market. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a market/channel sales strategy to approach the Australian mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and build a pipeline of future Ohme Mobility partners across the Australian territory.
- Build awareness and Ohme thought leadership in the Australian mobility sector.
- Develop a mobility proposition for the Australian market, aligning with our global strategy while reflecting local commercial needs.
- Leverage your network and commercial relationships to secure new partnerships in the Australian territory.
- Collaborate with our UK Headquarters team to support account development activities outside the Australian territory as needed.
- Account manage and build the resources needed to deliver on mobility customer commercial requirements contracted in the Australian territory.
- Deep mobility sector expertise and a strong network in the Australian mobility sector at an OEM level (dealer and leasing company also ideal).
- Demonstrable experience in developing a market/channel sales strategy to approach the Australian mobility sector.
- Strong commercial experience, with a proven track record of selling through consultation and influence.
- Ability to act as a hunter/nomad in the market, working independently and flexibly to build a team and resources as the footprint grows.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
