Job Description

We're seeking a driven Head of Mobility - Australia to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne (other locations considered). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and building a pipeline of future Ohme Mobility partners across the territory.
  • Building awareness and Ohme thought leadership in the territory's mobility sector.
  • Developing a mobility proposition for the territory, aligning with the UK but reflecting commercial needs.
  • Leveraging contacts and commercial relationships to make new contact wins in the territory.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the UK Headquarters to support account/development activities outside the territory.
  • Account managing and building resources to deliver on mobility customer commercial requirements contracted in territory.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep mobility sector expertise and a strong network in the mobility sector at an OEM level.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing a market/channel sales strategy to approach the marketplace.
  • Strong commercial experience, with a proven track record in selling through consultation/influence and utilizing marketing and commercial levers.
  • The ability to act as a hunter/nomad in market, acting independently and flexibly building team and resources as footprint grows.
  • Self-motivation, high organization, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
