Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer will lead the operational execution of Cranbrook's strategic vision. With oversight of Finance, ICT, Property and Facilities, and the Aquatic Centre, the COO will drive transformation across systems and infrastructure.

This role requires a commercially astute leader with strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence. Success will be defined by the ability to optimise facilities, deliver major capital projects, integrate ICT systems, and support the co-education transition from an operational perspective.

Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will lead the strategic and operational HR functions of the school. This includes recruitment, employment relations, compliance, training and development, performance management, policy development, and HR strategy.

Director of Corporate Services

The Director of Corporate Services is responsible for all legal, risk, compliance, governance, and archives matters for the school. This includes supporting the Council in a secretariat capacity.
