Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative trade promotions and in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop and execute seasonal rollout plans and budgets, aligning cross-functional teams towards flawless execution.
  • Improve brand presence and campaign execution through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Assess market trends using external data sources, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Leverage shopper insights and data to create programs that drive traffic, loyalty, conversion, and basket size.
  • Manage cross-functional projects expanding Retail Fixtures, NPI launch support, and POS execution.
