- Experience with KPIs: Experience working in a department where Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are used.
- Pentana Solutions Experience: Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is highly desirable but not essential.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to sell additional work as required and overcome objections.
- Customer Focus: Enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and thrive in a team environment.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn and grow, with a humble attitude when mistakes are made.
