About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Ferrari Southport Dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that all vehicles are completed and ready on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Offer accurate estimates and recommendations for additional work or repairs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and processes
