We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and resolution to their vehicle needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, creating positive first impressions and fulfilling promises.
- Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with prompt solutions.
- Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs.
- Be a champion of objections, finding positive outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A proactive person with a professional appearance.
- Experience with KPIs and Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is desirable.
- Ability to sell additional work and overcome objections.
- A person who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.
- Someone who can work autonomously and thrive in a team environment.
