About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our team at Avis Budget Group International. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle maintenance and damage processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accident reports and quotes in internal systems
  • Liaise with internal and external customers regarding accident damage
  • Raise, maintain, and receive Purchase Orders
  • Process invoices for payment in internal systems
  • Order parts as required
  • Liaise with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices
  • Provide breakdown assistance and answer phone enquiries
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience with a focus on fleet operations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within timeframes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience in the Car Rental Industry is advantageous
