The Role


As a key member of the Neuron Mobility team, the Workshop Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney workshop and warehouse. This includes ensuring the team performs quality control and maintenance on our e-scooters and e-bikes, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Health & Safety Procedures.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute Neuron's Workshop Management strategy in Sydney.
  • Manage the workshop team, ensuring they perform quality control and maintenance on e-scooters and e-bikes.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Health & Safety Procedures.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling and staffing deployment.
  • Manage inventory control and stocktake procedures for the Sydney warehouse.
  • Train new e-scooter and e-bike mechanics and conduct regular refresher training.
  • Hands-on assembly, repair, and maintenance of e-scooters and e-bikes.
  • Support Neuron's operations in Sydney as needed.

Requirements:



  • Prior experience in warehouse/workshop operations, particularly in the mobility or supply-chain space.
  • Ability to service and repair e-scooters and e-bikes, including comfort with lifting and manoeuvring.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership and a process-driven mentality.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep up with a dynamic, fast-paced startup.
