**Job Summary:**
The Customer Service Representative is a critical team member who will deliver exceptional end-to-end key account management to internal and external customers.
This autonomous role requires a self-motivated individual who will go above and beyond to ensure our customers experience the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities include:
- • Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of sales orders, order changes or cancellations
• Receiving and acting on customer inquiries related to sales orders, delivery dates, stock availability, product information
• Managing DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) performance
• Managing Open Orders Report and proactively advising customers of delays
• Updating customer information using Master Data
**Sales Support:**
• Quoting and selling price inquiries
• Supporting the Sales Team with sales and customer information
• Pricing - updating and maintaining customer pricing in SAP
• Communicating customer feedback and business risks to the Sales Team
**Administration:**
• Scanning documents
• Reception duties, including mailing and greeting visitors
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**Desirable Qualifications:**
• Internal sales experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• CSMT experience
• Export experience
