Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to manage accounts across SEQ. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building lasting relationships with clients, and exploring new business development opportunities in the industrial consumables sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 150 accounts.
  • Drive sales growth and customer retention by delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Engage with new customers to expand the business within the QLD region.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers.
  • Meet branch revenue goals and achieve gross profit targets.
  • Meet KPI's in regards to customer visits and call cycles.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a competitive car allowance, tools or trade benefits, STI and bonus structure, flexible working environment, and opportunities to progress into more senior strategic sales positions within the organisation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have proven success in Account Management, ideally within the industrial consumables or hardware sectors, with more than 2 years of relevant experience. You should also possess strong communication and influencing skills, demonstrated success in new business development, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
