Regional Business Growth Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing strategic client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and expanding the company's presence across APAC.
- Develop and execute business development plans to expand reach in APAC.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, securing high-value clients across key industries.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals that align with organisational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and key decision-makers.
- Oversee pipeline management, ensuring consistent revenue growth and meeting key performance targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within APAC.
- Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of workforce development, training, and vocational education.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- High cultural intelligence and ability to work in diverse markets.
