Nurse Clinician for Simulation Operations

Clinical Simulation Nurse
The University of Sydney is seeking a skilled Clinical Simulation Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support for all simulation and skills training operations within our clinical simulation environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assisting and supporting the facilities in our Clinical Simulation Studios.
- Providing clinical and technical support to academics, students, and other technical staff using the clinical simulation environment.
- Managing resources, including monitoring stock levels of equipment through regular inventory management.
- Coordinating reporting and documentation, including safety protocols and workspace requests for the clinical simulation environment.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and other activities as required.
- Previous experience in relevant clinical fields, preferably with experience demonstrating specialist simulation equipment and technology.
- A sound working knowledge and acute awareness of safety regulations and operating procedures within the clinical simulation environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant aspects of Workplace Health and Safety Policy and applicable legislation.
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and exercising sound judgment when resolving issues during day-to-day work.
