Are you a skilled and dedicated nurse looking to make a real impact in the healthcare education sector? This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Simulation Nurse to join our team at the University of Sydney.

The successful candidate will assist in providing high-quality support for all simulation and skills training operations, focusing on enhancing the student experience and complementing the learning and clinical practice aspects of the curriculum.

The role involves providing clinical, technical, and administrative support to staff and students within the Clinical Simulation Studios. The Clinical Simulation Nurse will assist the manager to ensure that the simulated learning environment is maintained and functioning as required, and that the relevant Work, Health and Safety (WHS) standards of the work area are met in alignment with the University's WHS policy.

The Clinical Simulation Nurse will resolve routine problems relating to the delivery of efficient and effective clinical education sessions and services in a timely manner, escalating issues to the supervisor when required. Problems that cannot be resolved or are outside the scope of their key accountabilities are referred to the Clinical Skills & Simulation Coordinator for guidance and/or resolution.
