Responsibilities:

  • Support user acceptance testing by ensuring the system behaves as expected in real-life scenarios.
  • Gather feedback from users and implement necessary changes before final release.
  • Document testing processes, results, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure all testing artifacts are available for future reference.
  • Support knowledge transfer for post-implementation support.
  • Evaluate compliance with banking regulations, such as data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and security standards.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports for compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and ensure testing is integrated into the development lifecycle (DevOps).
  • Suggest improvements for processes and tools to streamline future testing and deployment cycles.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Evidence of at least 3 years working with loan origination solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Open to contract roles for 3 - 6 months.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Fluent in Indonesian.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of OutSystems platform.
  • Able to visit client offices in Jakarta if required.
