Job Title: Configuration Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the configuration of our maritime products and associated assets and equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts, with experience working in high-rigor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rapid logistics support analyses to identify areas for improvement in supply chain, maintenance, and support operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to integrate logistics considerations into product design and support planning.
  • Input to and determine spare parts provisioning lists, publication and training requirements.
  • Populate the S-BOM with critical candidate attributes and prepare the loading of the As-Maintained (AM-BOM).
  • Monitor the configuration of the As-Maintained Assets and feed back critical design changes into the engineering design process.
  • Partner with engineering teams to set LSA and CM requirements and identify improvement opportunities in existing ways of working.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive increased speed, accuracy, and efficiency in Anduril's configuration management activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technician roles in similar high-rigor environments.
  • Experience with configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Familiarity with distilling LSA fast-paced requirements out of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Database skills with SQL queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance.
