Job Description:

The Quality Outcomes Specialist will provide project management support to improve quality outcomes reporting for value-based care programs. This role will work collaboratively with internal and external resources to achieve maximum financial returns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Medical Record Review: Complete medical record reviews with a focus on HEDIS and risk adjustment coding gaps information for value-based payers in the ambulatory environment.
  • Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Associates degree in a health or social services related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience & Training Required:
  • Two (2) year experience in medical or health services field to include:
    • Medical record review for HEDIS.
  • Other Skills, Competencies And Qualifications:
  • Able to navigate complex situations independently and complete tasks with minimum direction.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
    • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA standards use appropriate documentation requirements.
