Career Guidance Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Support Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and those who have experienced the justice system.
Your primary focus will be on guiding clients through personalized job pathways, helping them overcome barriers, and delivering workshops that boost confidence and capability.
Main Responsibilities:- Career Coaching: Provide one-on-one career guidance to clients, helping them identify their strengths and interests and develop strategies for achieving their employment goals.
- Capacity Building: Deliver workshops and training sessions that equip clients with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce.
- Supportive Guidance: Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the job market and overcome obstacles.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in our office, requiring Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am-5pm.
