Project Coordinator Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and administering projects within the energy sector.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing project management tools, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining document control.

You will also review new project proposals, monitor the workload pipeline, and report on the status of ongoing delivery workload.

Additionally, you will track risks that can affect project quality, scope, time, and budget, and raise and track purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support roles, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and the Atlassian suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to attain national security clearance.
