This challenging role involves providing secretariat support to the Asset Management Committee through coordination of meetings, agendas, meeting papers, minutes, and work plans. You will also assist with the development of new project business cases, manage administrative tasks, prepare progress reports, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft Office suite, MS Teams, and other digital collaboration software. A tertiary qualification or experience in Science, Engineering, or Technology is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will gain valuable experience by becoming involved in committees and working groups, with significant exposure to senior executives in the industry. ENA supports further professional development and learning, enabling you to grow your skills and develop further knowledge of the energy sector.

Benefits include a salary range of $80,000-$85,000, an annual performance bonus, and the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
