Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to partner with clients and support their growth goals in the energy sector.

This role involves working closely with internal teams, developers, contractors, and external counsel to advise on land rights, planning and permitting, grid connection, EPC and O&M contracts, and supply chain negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have experience across construction law, development agreements, and project structuring, with exposure to project finance or bankability reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on high-value renewable energy developments
  • Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • De-risking projects and driving them from concept to commissioning
Requirements

7+ years of PQE with a strong grounding in early-stage development and construction

Commercially focused legal professional with a strong understanding of the energy sector
