Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the identification and progression of new project opportunities across Australia and international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-quality leads for company-led projects in key markets, building strategic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop partnerships across the energy and infrastructure ecosystem, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Guide project opportunities from concept to development, ensuring alignment with delivery partners and optimal project outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of policy, regulatory, and market shifts, informing the organisation's strategic positioning and decision-making.
  • Support senior leadership with commercial strategy and business development initiatives, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Presentation and representation of the company at events, forums, and meetings in Australia and internationally, promoting the organisation's vision and goals.
