Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of complex projects across the energy sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive timely project completion.

  • Develop detailed project plans, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Predict task efforts and support resource planning by allocating engineering hours and forecasting short- and long-term needs.
  • Implement structured project management practices across regions, promoting consistent project delivery and risk management.
  • Proactively manage project risks, including time, cost, and scope variations, and maintain clear escalation and communication processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the energy sector, excellent project coordination skills, and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline (project management, engineering, or a related field).
  • Expert skills in using Microsoft Project, with advanced expertise in custom reporting and Gantt views.
  • Strong experience in planning and delivering complex projects or programs in energy, engineering, or similar industries.
