Job Overview:

The Commercial Quality Director role is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the compliant, efficient, and customer-focused distribution of products across multiple markets.

This dual-role position serves as the lead for quality assurance in ANZ and APAC, working closely with general managers to set clear directions and make strategic decisions that align with global quality standards and regional regulatory requirements.

  • Provide strategic quality oversight across the commercial portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Teva's Global Quality Standards.
  • Lead and develop a regional team of quality professionals.
  • Manage product quality complaints, deviations, recalls, and investigations.
  • Act as the primary quality contact for health authorities and licensing partners.
  • Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies across markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams.
  • Lead quality integration efforts for new market entries, product launches, and portfolio transitions.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
