Operations Director

The Operations Director plays a pivotal role in leading operations at our site, overseeing key production areas and managing a team of up to 100 members.
About the RoleAs an experienced and hands-on leader, you will:
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across the board.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Yield, and Throughput.
- Mentor, develop, and empower your team to identify and implement process improvements and build resilience and capability within them.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through shared vision, teamwork, and personal growth.
Key responsibilities include owning the safety culture, applying lean methodologies, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting colleagues in capability-building.
