Our company seeks a Quality Assurance Director to oversee all quality operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement quality standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift.
Preferred Location: Sydney, AU
