About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, monitor critical dates, and manage tenant arrears. You will also help with monthly reporting, annual budgets, and outgoings reconciliations, as well as liaise with Property Managers, Operations Managers, contractors, tenants, and owners as required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments
  • Monitoring critical dates, including lease expiries, bank guarantees, and insurances
  • Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in MRI
  • Managing tenant arrears and helping with monthly reporting, annual budgets, and outgoings reconciliations
  • Liaising with Property Managers, Operations Managers, contractors, tenants, and owners as required
  • Supporting the team with any other administration and property-related tasks

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
