Commercial Property Officer

Located in Castle Hill is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Junior Leasing/Property Officer to join an organisation committed to the growth and development of their teams.
The Role:- Assist with drafting rental and outgoing budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
- Contribute to lease negotiations and offers preparation, developing strong communication skills.
- Manage databases efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
- Perform general lease administration duties, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Assist with marketing and campaign management, promoting property listings.
- Handle online queries promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- C coordinate and attend site inspections with clients, building relationships.
- Assist with forecasting and lease revenue tracking, analysing data for insights.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leasing Executives on various tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired, with a background in retail, commercial or residential lease administration.
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is preferred, but not essential.
- A driven individual with a passion for working with people, excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- A valid driver's licence is required for travel between sites.
