Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Monitor critical dates, including lease expirations, bank guarantees, and insurances
  • Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in MRI software
  • Manage tenant arrears and help with monthly reporting, annual budgets, and outgoings reconciliations
  • Liaise with property managers, operations managers, contractors, tenants, and owners as required
  • Support the team with administration and property-related tasks when needed

Your Qualifications: We are looking for a motivated 'up-and-comer' from the commercial property industry who can communicate effectively with diverse audiences. You will have experience in a related position and be seeking to take the next step in your career. Key qualifications include excellent client relationship skills, confidence, organization, and enthusiasm. Ideally, you hold a NSW Certificate of Registration or are willing to obtain one.

About the Role: This exciting opportunity offers a salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
