Drive growth and performance in a leadership role. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the National Manager - Partnerships and Growth.

The Role:

  • Identify and secure high-value target accounts, leveraging engagement platforms to unlock profitable sales opportunities.
  • Promote our brand effectively as a representative of our organization.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of sales strategies to expand product procurement from existing clients.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to generate new leads and business sources continuously.
  • Negotiate and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients.
  • Strategically target and acquire major accounts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to explore new product development or pilot opportunities.
  • Develop strategic customer tenders and proposals.
  • Utilize trend analysis to identify strategic initiatives for portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to implement cohesive client management strategies and leverage opportunities.
About You:
  • Experience in a customer-focused role with a proven track record in revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • An established network within the relevant health sector.
  • Able to foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • High-level IT and business analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of market conditions and trends.
  • Able to engage meaningfully with customers and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable.
  • Results-oriented with initiative and flexibility.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
