Executive Partnership Director

The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in the business, overseeing existing partnership relationships and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage existing partnership relationships with key clients to ensure contractual deliverables are executed effectively and on time.
- Work closely with clients to ensure they achieve a return on investment while growing and uplifting investment across respective properties.
- Renew partnership agreements with existing sponsors.
- Develop and sell digital marketing offerings to clients.
- Lead a direct report, driving engagement and development within the team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage multiple key Championship and Event partnership accounts to ensure all contracted partnership arrangements are delivered and reported on.
- Develop strong relationships with partners and event stakeholders to ensure sponsor objectives and contracted deliverables can be achieved.
- Report regularly to the Head of Client Services on the management of sponsors and delivery of sponsor KPIs.
- Strategically work with clients to ensure they receive a return on investment while growing and uplifting investment across respective properties.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals to existing partnership clients to drive renewal and/or upgrade of existing partnerships.
- Manage a direct report who will work closely with you on your account portfolio, driving engagement and nurturing their skill set.
- Collaborate with research/insights partners to develop an insights-centred Commercial Partnerships program.
- Own key internal processes, including TV/content deliverables mutually agreed upon.
- Work closely with the Digital Department/Greenroom to identify new opportunities across all partnerships, managing the rollout of digital assets.
- Identify new opportunities within Supercars Events and work with sponsors to provide added value to their partnerships.
- Prepare draft partnership contracts for approval by the Legal Team.
- Maintain the partnership deliverables system and partnership contract filing system.
- Be involved in the planning and delivery of the Business-to-Business Partner program.
- Deliver all partnership entitlements at events in a consistent manner with how they have been sold.
- Assist the Corporate Hospitality team and Events team in implementing and managing various detailed partnership benefits at events.
- Manage Championship/Event partnership logo use and any other contracted or non-contracted deliverables from time to time.
- Work with the Head of Client Services/Partnerships Managers/Partnership Executives to ensure event delivery.
- Perform all other duties that assist in the smooth running of the department and the business.
