Business Operations Coordinator Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Business Development Team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop awareness of key clients and day-to-day service issues;
  • Support planning and coordination for educational and corporate meetings;
  • Manage and direct Dr Enquiries to the appropriate Business Development staff member;
  • General troubleshooting with internal stakeholders;
  • Preparation and distribution of Dr Pads;
  • Management of collection centre closures or staffing issues;
  • Monitoring the BD inbox and actioning items as required;
  • Consultation with Business Development & Collection team members as required;
  • Day-to-day operational support for BD team members;
  • Preparation of marketing collateral to support BD liaisons in the field;
  • Participation in new business initiatives which involve both the Business Development;
  • Continually identifying and assisting to implement improvements and efficiencies between departments;
  • Assisting with Riskman follow up.

Requirements:

  • Previous management or administrative experience or qualification;
  • A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service;
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Advanced computing skills (Microsoft products);
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and Clinpath 'Our Values';
  • Evidence of COVID 19 vaccination (including booster).
